GC Records 20th Year Anniversary LP

GC Records is set to release their 2oth Anniversary album featuring bands connected throughout the label’s history. The tracklisting includes such luminaries as Rush & Attack, Toys That Kill, Bogtrotter’s Union, Gasoline Kills, Illicitor, The Rifleman, The Dirty LIttle Betty’s, Lawn Mower Death Riders, Jesse Pino & The Vital Signs, and Kill The Scientist. With the album cover featuring photos taken by Photographer Olga Townsend the day of the event and produced by engineers John Kiehlbauch and Mike Lavin.

“The anniversary album is a 180-gram limited edition LP. 10 songs recorded on June 29 at our anniversary show,” says Shahab Zargari, co-owner of GC Records, “The album comes with two downloads. One has the ten tracks plus 17 other tracks recorded during the same festival. The other download is 13 local Las Vegas artists (pop, punk, hip pop) not on GC but deserving attention.”

The bands appearing on the bonus compilation include Late for Dinner, Rayner, Amaxites, Hassan, The Dirty Hooks, Bad Phantom, Sunroom, Land of Astronauts, Go Bold, and Milani Miller.

The album includes a digital pre-order of 20 Year Anniversary LP + Bonus tracks which once the album is released you’ll get unlimited streaming via the free Bandcamp app, plus a high-quality download in MP3, FLAC and more.  The digital album is set to release on January 1, 2020.

Geykido Comet Records, or GC Records for short, launched in January 1999 with the release of the Intro5pect debut 7-inch vinyl record. The label is owned, run, and promoted by: Shahab Zargari, Heela Naqshband, Zabi Naqshband, Jacob Gallegos, Robert Miranda, Kevin Sanders.
